We’ve got a real treat for all of you in town for the Holidays. Bret Welty is providing live music for all of you Swing dancers. He will be playing Hometown Blues, Southern Rock, and even some of his own originals. His music is great for Lindy Hop, East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing and Blues.

Best of all…ALL AGES WELCOME! So feel free to bring down the whole family.

Every year Heirloom Dance Studio puts on the biggest and greatest Swing Dance in Boise. The weekend after Thanksgiving is the perfect storm for Swing dancers of the area to come and gather. New and familiar faces coming together in front of a live band and Swing dancing like there is no tomorrow.

Everyone is back in town for the holidays, so bring your friends and family for the greatest feast of Swing Dancing Boise has ever seen!

Put on your boogie shoes and get ready for the disco ride. Celebrate Halloween this year with dancing, vinyl spinning, and costume contests. Take a trip to the thrift shop and put together your best 70’s outfit, or if you already have a costume, join us as your favorite ghoul or goblin.

Tonight we are starting not only the kick off of our October classes but also the start of two of our most popular 4 week classes at Heirloom Dance Studio. At 6pm we have our Beyond Beginner West Coast Swing class, a perfect place for dancers to move past and grow their fundamentals. Then at 7pm, by popular demand, we are holding a West Coast Swing Musicality class. Learn to dance to the music with personality and character, instead of just numbers and and counts.

The new schedule is posted in the Class Schedule tab. Keep in mind that the new classes start the week of Monday, September 30th. Hope to see you all then!

Heirloom is participating in a first Thursday event put on by The Studio, An Elite Salon and Spa. It is a great free event with a pin up theme. It is right across the street from Heirloom and you are all free to join us. There will be a vinyl DJ (Joel Hunter), free BBQ, deals on retail and services, and an assortment of vendors. We will see you all next week!.

Special guest instructors, Shane & Alicia, will be teaching a 4 week Balboa class on Sundays from 2pm – 3pm. Only $40 for the whole 4 week class. No partner needed.
